Christopher L. Nelson, M.D., is a native of Louisville, KY. He is board certified in the specialties of pain management and anesthesiology. His training began with undergraduate and medical school studies at the University of Kentucky, with residency training in anesthesiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

His fellowship in pain management at Wake Forest University was completed under the mentorship and direction of Richard Rauck, M.D. who is well known and highly regarded internationally particularly in the realm of nerve pain disorders, most notably "RSD" This background has provided Dr. Nelson the clinical skills and acumen to provide exceptional one-on-one care in addition to continuing the tradition of clinical research to further our knowledge of these disorders that may prove helpful to society both currently as well as in the future. He is gratis faculty at University of Louisville.

 Brandon M. Sutton, M.D.

      with Subspecialty Certification in Pain Management

Dr. Sutton who comes to us from Southern Indiana, attended the University of Kentucky Lexington, KY where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors, Summa Cum Laude as well as his Medical Doctorate with Honors from the University of Kentucky. He completed his Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina Charleston, SC where he was Chief Resident.  Dr. Sutton also completed his Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at Vanderbilt University Nashville, TN.
Some of Dr. Suttons other accomplishments include Beale Medical Student Scholarship Arnold, Mabel Beckman Foundation Research Scholarship, University of Kentucky Honors Program, National Society of Collegiate Scholars member, Mentored Student Clinical Research Program Award, and Resident teacher of the year.

 

 

Alexander Sinofsky, M.D.

•    Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology
      with Subspecialty Certification in Pain Management

Dr. Alexander Sinofsky is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland where he received his Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Neuroscience.  He went on to attend The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, New York to receive his medical degree.  Dr. Sinofsky completed his Anesthesia Medicine Residency at New York University, and his Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore Maryland.  Dr. Sinofsky has multiple published clinical research studies and book chapters in both pain management and anesthesiology.  He is board certified in Anesthesiology and is a member of The American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, The American Society of Anesthesiologists, and The North American Neuromodulation Society.

 

Tim Loerke, PA-C

Tim Loerke is a graduate of The University of North Texas Health Science Center with his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies.  Tim has four years of experience in emergency medicine as well as one year of orthopedic surgery experience. Tim is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a member of the Kentucky Academy of Physicians Assistants.

 

 

 

 Kelsey C. Brown, PA-C

Kelsey attended Transylvania University in Lexington, KY where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Biology.  She went on to attend the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY to receive her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Master of Science in Medical Sciences. Kelsey received honors on the Dean’s List, Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity. Kelsey also holds memberships with the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants.

 Deborah J. Hart, PA-C

Debbie attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV for her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics She went on to the University Of Kentucky Lexington, KY for her  Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition as well as her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies where she achieved Magna Cum Laude, Dean’s List, Alpha Eta Society – National Honor Society for Allied Health Professions, and the Physician Assistant Studies Award for Clinical Excellence.

Lisa attended Bellarmine University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Louisville, right here in Louisville, KY.

 

 

 

 

Lillie M. Becht, PA-C

Lillie is a graduate of Indiana University Southeast in New Albany, IN where she received her Bachelor of Natural Sciences in Biology . She also attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY where she received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Lillie also participated in theHealth literacy at the point of Discharge and its Effects on Readmissions at Good Samaritan Hospital.  She is certified by the NCCPA.  Lillie is also a member of  the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) as well as the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants (KAPA). 

 

Crystal Idstein, PA-C

Crystal is a graduate of the University of Dayton, completing her undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to finish a Master of Public Health and Epidemiology degree from the University of Louisville before earning her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama. Crystal is certified by The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

 

Katie Harrell, APRN-C

Katie attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She went on to attend Bellarmine University in Louisville , Kentucky to receive her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Katie received honors on the Dean’s List, Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity as well as Certified Pediatric Nurse.  Katie also holds a membership with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
